HOTEL INFORMATION

A block of rooms is being held at the following nearby hotels for Symposium guests, Thursday, Feb. 3 – Saturday, Feb. 5. Please contact the hotels directly to arrange reservations. Please ask for the Eye Education Foundation group rate. You must book your reservation by 1/10/22 to guarantee a room at the Symposium special rate.



As a reminder, hotel accommodations are not included in the registration fee. Transportation to the Saturday, Feb. 5 Gala will be provided from each of our partner hotels.


Attendee Disclaimer - COVID-19


In the event of cancellation or postponement of the event due to The COVID-19 pandemic, EEF will refund attendees the full amount of any registration or sponsorship fees within 60 days of the cancellation announcement. Travel fees will not be reimbursed in any circumstance. Refund requests due to COVID-19 illness or quarantine will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


Do not attend the event if you have had a recent close contact exposure to someone with COVID-19 or if you have symptoms of COVID-19, including, but not limited to: fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, or diarrhea. If you fall ill during the event, you will be asked to leave the event immediately.
